BÜLENT DOĞRU

Our chef, who hails from Hatay, one of the cities with the richest culinary culture in the Mediterranean region, has garnered experience working in prestigious establishments such as the restaurant of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family, as well as in Qatar, Bodrum, and Marmaris. Specializing in cold appetizers and home-cooked dishes, our chef brings his expertise to AKKA Antedon.

MEHMET KORKMAZ

Mehmet Korkmaz, who started working alongside famous chefs in top establishments in Antalya in the 90s, shares his extensive experience in Turkish and international cuisine with our guests within the AKKA family.
