Without straying from the sea and sun, you can treat yourself to warm, freshly made gözleme accompanied by cold ayran. Prepared with your choice of fillings—minced meat, potato, cheese, spinach, or any ingredients you prefer—these gözlemes are cooked fresh on a special sac griddle.
