We offer you the most beautiful local flavours of Turkish cuisine from Central Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia and Aegean Region in Safran à la Carte Restaurant. You can taste the varieties of food you will witness the cooking stages while sitting around the specially designed fire pit grill in the middle of our restaurant that has an authentic ambience.

• Our restaurant, which is open during the summer season, is closed for 1 day of the week.
• Couvert fee of Safran à la Carte Restaurant, at your service between 19.00 - 22.00 in the evening, is daily 15 Euros per person.
• Please make a reservation in advance for our restaurants that accept reservation only guests.
• Minimum 8 participant reservation required to open the restaurant
• At group reservations with 8 or more participants, 30€ per person is calculated and a set-menu is served.
